Dear friends, brothers and sisters in the Lord!
It is already embedded in the human subconscious that at the end of each lived year we inadvertently recollect the lived life of the previous year. Undoubtedly, I wish that there would only be good moments, good deeds, more dedication to the Lord and the devotion to service in His field. But sometimes, it is quite the opposite… Perhaps, it is because of this that God gives us the opportunity to once again pause over our lives, to look back and to reassess our transient and precious life.
On behalf of all the children currently living in the Happy Samaritan orphanage and their adoptive parents, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to those who have been with us this year. Those who had remembered and helped financially or otherwise. For "Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world ..." (James 1:27).
Yes, we have recently asked you dear readers to become a participant in one of the important projects regarding the future of these orphan children. We asked you to help us purchase a home for those who have already reached the age of adulthood. Today, thanks to your sacrifice, half of the amount that is needed has already been collected for this home. We believe that God has all of the resources necessary to close this project but He expects our dedication. Each one of us is an instrument in the hands of God and it is very important for us to be sensitive to what God requires of us and where He wants to use us for His glory.
Therefore, we wish you and your families in the new 2020 year a strong faith in God, spiritual wisdom, the anointing of the Holy Spirit for the work in Gods field, and also the love of the Lord and the love for our fellow men. Let only peace, love and harmony rule in your families! May the Lords joy and peace reign in your hearts that is from Him!
With best wishes and gratitude to you,
director of the Good Samaritan mission,
